Kathy Humphry was our real estate agent for the home we bought on 4316 Jenni Lane. Let us start by saying that we were so thankful to have her as our buyers agent because we used her as our selling agent on our previous home. She sold that home in 11 days, we were so excited but at the same time asking ourselves......where are we going to live? Kathy or should we say Super Kathy kicked into gear and started sending us prospective homes. She was just as driven as we were and almost wore us out going to preview homes. I believe we were at approximately 42 homes that we went to view. We couldn't find that perfect home and we were not wanting to settle. Might I add, not once did she sigh or give a frustrated tone. She made us feel so comfortable.One day we were in the car looking at another home and Kathy said she had two closings coming up. I thought to myself, how could she possibly be working with other clients when I honestly wondered how she was able to keep up with our needs. She amazed us. My husband and I would be laying in bed at night and would hear our phone ding. Yes, Kathy was hard at work late into the night sending us that new listing that would come up. We did write two offers on houses before we found our perfect home. She was so easy to work with and extremely accommodating with our crazy work schedule. Kathy found us an Air B&B to live in while we were waiting 2 weeks on our closing. She found our perfect home for us and we were so blessed to have her as our agent. The most beautiful thing is that we not only have a life long real estate agent but also a life long friend. God is so good in so many ways!!
