A close friend as well as my sister spoke very highly of Kathy Logan. I wanted someone I could trust but also someone who wouldn't try to show me houses that were out of my price range or that did not fit my needs. Kathy was that person. She came to my home and asked not only what I was looking for but what I liked and did not like about my present home. She got to know me and my style which I think helped her to point out things in the houses we saw both positive and negative. When I decided I wanted to make an offer Kathy listened to my desires and presented my offer in a way that was fair and logical. I feel confident that the points she brought up helped the sellers to realize they should take my offer. Throughout the waiting time from offer accepted to closing I was made to feel more like a friend than a client. I could tell her my concerns and fears, and there were many, without feeling self-conscious. She confirmed that all those feelings I had were normal. Kathy was very thorough and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I have very limited experience purchasing a home but I can't imagine things going any smoother. Kathy went above the role of a realtor. All the little things she did definitely made a lasting impression not only of her personally but also professionally.
