My daughter and I had both worked with Kathy Ludt on previous home purchases and sales, and found her to be an excellent real estate professional in all respects. Kathy Ludt simply personifies excellence in every aspect of a real estate transaction. The Pinewood Dr. property was the sixth house I have purchased and sold over the years, and the first house I've purchased in the state of Ohio. While I have always had decent experiences with my real estate professionals, I have never had a realtor as knowledgeable, fast-working and efficient, willing to pitch in with any needed task (picking up cable box and modem--returning them to Armstrong), and as helpful in expediting the negotiations to my benefit. It's hard to quantify, but while always maintaining strict professionalism, Kathy also made me feel warmly supported as I dealt with the emotional difficulties of selling a much-loved home. On a scale of one to ten, I would give her one hundred. Fast and professional. I could not be happier.

Working with Kathy Ludt over the last four years has been the best possible experience my wife and I could ever have ask for. No matter whether we were actively looking or not Kathy always stayed in contact with us. Anytime we needed to see something of interest she would always get the latest on the property and get right back to us and make sure we would get in to see it when available. Kathy is way more than just our Realtor, She has become our friend and part of our family, Her local knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate speaks for itself. Kathy never pressured us into any decisions and never rushed us when we were not sure about things. I would very highly recommend Kathy to anyone who is looking for a property or trying to sell their own. Our broker was selected by our lender (Veterans United). As first time home buyers we were very happy to work with Kathy Ludt as she was very knowledgeable in what to look for and what VA would expect Kathy was unable to help us with negotiations because she was also representing the seller
