Buyer reviewI met Kathy Ludt several years ago when she assisted my daughter in buying her first home. She treated my daughter with respect and dignity. Although my daughter was young, Kathy did not try to discount my daughters concerns or issues (unlike a previous relator (different company) my daughter had signed on with). I really like that about her. She left us both feeling like Kathy was the right choice for her. Therefore, when I was ready to purchase my home, my daughter did not hesitate to remind me of Kathy! Needless to say it was a great decision and I had an excellent experience. Kathy is very knowledgeable. She has been in this business for a long time, therefore has a lot of experience. On top of her real estate knowledge. She has great customer service skills. She listens to your concerns and is able to address them. If you want a great relator and great customer service, Kathy Ludt is the way to go.

She was fantastic to work with! See previous. She also was instrumental in getting a structural engineer & accommodating me due to the long distance I had to travel. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
