They immediately connected me to Kathy. She was warm and friendly, with lots of experience and expertise. Kathy went above and beyond what I expected to help me clear the house, get some repairs done and get it ready to sell. Then when we had a contract, she made it very easy and uncomplicated, even though I was out of town during the process. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and helpfulness. The house sold so fast, I don't even know all Kathy did to advertise. There were no glitches or problems. I was satisfied with the asking price and got the full price. I thought the process would be more complicated and stressful. I was very pleased with every aspect of the sale. Thank you, Kathy. You were a God send.
