See my previous comments. Besides being a true professional at her job, Kathy Novak was a delight to work with. She made the process of selling my long-time house and home less stressful than it might have been. We are happy with the price she helped us get for our house.

I had heard that Kathy was a top notch agent and that she was very direct and thorough. I wanted these traits in a realtor so I decided to hire Kathy. I had two other realtors before Kathy, and my experiences were terrible and full of empty promises. Kathy stayed true to her word to provide excellent customer service. Working with Kathy was the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. I will highly recommend her to family and friends. She was simply amazing! Kathy is the nicest and hardest working realtor I know. She gets the job done! I was impressed that Loren Keim took time to come over to my house the day I met with Kathy. He attentively listened to my concerns and spent a great deal of time explaining the market conditions to me and gave me his honest opinion on the value of my home. Loren is highly competent and extremely knowledgeable. Unlike my two other experiences with realtors that I hired to sell my house, Kathy did all the work, made me feel comfortable and secure in the selling of my house, was easily accessible, and was also working hard (weekends and evenings) to get my house sold. Even when she went on vacation, she made sure I had Century 21 contacts if a problem arose, and she even called me several times on her vacation to make sure things were running smoothly in the sale of my home. What other realtor would do that!?

Kathy was excellent. She followed up with the potential buyers agents immediately and informed us of what they liked/disliked about the property. She prepared analysis reports to show us what was happening with the property. Kathy is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Kathy Novak to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Kathy is a true asset to Century 21/Keim Realtors. Kathy worked hard to sell our home since it was located on a very busy road.
