I have been a licensed real estate professional for 25 years and involved in the construction industry for over 40 years with our family business. I never thought when I started in real estate I would find such a perfect fit for me. I'm one of the fortunate people who truly loves what they do for a living. I've found I'm very good at communicating and problem solving, maybe it comes from being part of a big family when I grew up...but I've found those skills to be extremely helpful in this industry. I approach every real estate transaction as a win-win situation for all those involved. I want all my clients and others I work with to feel good when the "deal is done!"

Buyer reviewKathy Wagner was flexible, never pushy, allowed us to navigate a wide variety of properties, and allowed us to negotiate on price without interference. She was prompt, professional, always responsive, and friendly. While prior realtors have tried to "steer" us toward or away from certain properties, Kathy allowed us to explore every property that interested us, answering questions that were posed without being pushy, providing feedback that was never coercive, and always straightforward with her understanding and impressions of local neighborhood issues, growth, etc. She allowed us to negotiate properties on our own terms, despite our somewhat unorthodox approach, and ultimately this provided the leeway to yield a successful close, mutually agreeable for buyer and seller. Kathy returns texts and emails promptly, followed up with city/zoning issues, and never misled or overstated what she knew, always providing direct correspondence. From a personality standpoint, we found Kathy to be friendly, outgoing, open-minded, and courteous. Would highly recommend, and will contact her first should we seek future properties.

Seller reviewAfter having our first child we were sure we wanted a bigger home. There was a lot going on in our lives with a new baby but we decided to put our house on the market. Kathy was very supportive and helpful in the process. At one point we decided to take it off the market and she not only helped us with the process but she demonstrated patience and understanding! She provided very professional advice and encouraged us to put it back on the market explaining financial trends that made sense. During the sale process Kathy provide her extensive expertise in negotiating the entire sale process. Kathy not only alleviated a lot of the stress of selling and buying a home but she was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to work with. I would highly recommend Kathy if you are looking to buy or sell your home!!
