Katie just recently helped me buy my first home! After already having a poor experience with a different agent, I was nervous to find someone that would be able to help. Katie checks off every single box that you would want in a realtor, and then some. She's polite, patient, hard-working, knowledgeable, and kind. She is available pretty much at all hours of the day, and I never once felt any sort of pressure to make a move. Seeing as this was all new to me, Katie had no problem educating me on the process, as well as advising me without being pushy. I can confidently say that I do not believe I would have my current property if Kate had not been the agent I was working with. Katie and Brenden were AWESOME! I was very nervous with the idea of selling my house during the winter time, and was also skeptical that I would be able to sell for its value. Our home buying experience was nothing short of amazing thanks to Katie and Brenden! The two of them worked as a team to help us find our perfect home after years of on and off house hunting!
