Kayla was assigned to us through USAA and she was a perfect fit Kayla was incredible throughout the entire process dot-dot-dot last year win our finances fell through she still works so hard tirelessly to try to get that home for us and stayed in contact with us for a year to help us try and find our new home that we are so happy to be in today dot-dot. She was always quick to reply, flexible, friendly, and had real Frank and direct quality to her that we appreciate in the home buying process. She respected our needs and desires and plugged in her knowledge is it was needed and it was so helpful to us every step of the way. I can't imagine working with anyone else she was just so perfect for us... And so family-friendly too! Seriously, she was a total rock star!
