I had previously talked with a realtor before Mr. Couch. It seemed that she didn't take my interest in buying a home serious. When Mr. Couch came along he immediately went to work at findings homes that fit every criteria I had mentioned. With me being out of town, he made sure my mother was heavily involved as well. She spoke highly of Mr. Couch and that's very rare for her. He kept in contact with me as well, with every process, step by step. He explained everything so that I could understand the whole process. I was so confused in the beginning, but by the end I knew exactly what to expect. I felt very comfortable and thankful that Mr. Couch has helped me in purchasing my very first home!

When my wife and I wanted to start looking for a house we were referred to Keff through a friend. We wanted to see some houses the next day and he made it happen on the first day. We had some troubles buying Collierville but we finally found out dream house in Arlington and he made sure everything was spot on with purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.
