Seller reviewI met with 2 brokers. Ms. Lowe came with print-outs of sales price comparisons, which she left with me. Although I am environmentally conscious, I preferred that rather than strictly showing me comparisons on an ipad and leaving me with nothing to review later. She also expressed prior knowledge of having worked with my co-op board and her ability to successfully navigate their procedures. She's a highly detail-oriented professional. Ms. Lowe found me a bona fide buyer within a week of listing the property! She was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process -- keeping me abreast of progress and following up in a timely manner with me on next steps!
