Keith had shown us a few homes a couple of years earlier and we were very impressed with his desire to help us find a home we loved. He seemed more concerned in helping us than to make a sale for himself. He is very down to earth and has excellent follow through. He was also willing to spend his own time finding places for us that we might be interested in. And ultimately, he was the one who found the house that we ended up purchasing. We had tried with great frustration to work with several other realtors prior to working with Keith. Keith was truly interested in us and in our being happy with our purchase. Keith is on the ball and does what he says he is going to do. We actually felt more like family than a client. We've already recommended him to our best friends from Michigan who told us last night they were going to look for retirement/winter property in Kentucky asap. Keith is a Christian, we had previously attended the same church. We knew him as a Christian brother, and trusted him 100%. Keith Cooper also builds homes. So when viewing a potential home to purchase having him there to show the home is a huge asset. When viewing the home, if you have questions concerning the construction, needed repairs, etc., just ask Keith and you will get an honest answer. A lot of agents are strictly into pushing a home on you. That's not Keith Cooper. He finds you the home you want, within the price you can afford. He's the best.
