Seller reviewMany agents collect data and present them to their clients However, they often do not know how to use data to facilitate the sale. Kelly Hammer presented us data on those cities and towns from which the online clicks on our home were coming and used that information to promote our listing. Very often, the clicks on our home in Florida were coming from Massachusetts, and our eventual buyer was from Massachusetts.

Kelly went above and beyond to help us. We are out of state buyers, so we relied on Kelly more than the usual buyer and she was always willing to go above and beyond and we are forever grateful. Not only is Kelly extremely good at what she does, she cares about her clients and it really shows. She is a pleasure to be around and a lot of fun! She made what could've been a very difficult transaction, relatively easy. She was thrown some pretty hard curveballs, and she dealt with them in stride. I believe if we didn't have Kelly, this deal would've probably fell through.
