My Real Estate career began in 2005 and I have enjoyed every minute of it. Not only have I met some terrific people, but I have maintained lasting friendships. It is a very rewarding career in many aspects. I enjoy the challenge of finding that diamond in the rough or the perfect property. I do listen to what my buyers needs are and implement those needs into my searches. My sellers are just as important as my buyers. I like to take the best pictures I can with the best lighting possible. Since time is of the essence, I do take care of business today and do not put it off until tomorrow. Buyer reviewKelly had to be diligent with the sellers agent as he didn't seem to know what he was doing. Not getting the seller to sign the contract by the deadline, coming back with a verbal counter. Not getting requested paperwork sent,etc. It seemed like an up hill battle just to get this done but Kelly stayed on top of everything and made sure that she was protecting our interest as well. She is a super star to us and look forward to her selling our current property as well as helping me to buy a business when I'm ready.

Buyer reviewWe (my wife and I) have had an ongoing (via email and phone) relationship with Kelly for about eight years. She sent us many listings and figured out what we wanted. In the late winter or early spring of this year, she sent us a listing that got our attention and we made the trip from Rhode Island to take a look. Although that particular listing did not work out for us, Kelly had prepared numerous others for us to consider. The Day Rd property obviously worked out. Not only is Kelly Brown an outstanding agent, she is a great person and we consider her to be a good friend. In our case, she went far and above what we expected of a real estate agent. I hope we have the opportunity to recommend her to others looking to buy or sell in the area. She is top shelf! Like I said earlier, Kelly Brown is top shelf. Always answers phone or returns call and email promptly.

Buyer review"Downtown Kelly Brown" indeed "Get's The job Done." Her card said it, and she delivered. I've only ever bought one other home in the past. It was a nightmare. Kelly made this all happen in 30 days, with minimal effort on my part. Her ability to keep in contact with me for updates, scheduling, and paperwork was essential to the speedy expedition of the sale/purchase. Kelly was spot on for all our needs, and what we were looking for. I would recommend Kelly to anyone in the area looking for someone who can really help, and not just work when they feel like it.
