Seller reviewKelly Carraway wowed me with her preparation during our first call; I could tell she knew the area and had an aggressive plan for selling my property. I trusted her years of experience in real estate, as well as her deep knowledge of the area and future market trends. I LOVED working with Kelly! She worked hard to help me navigate a process that was new to me, gave me great advice, and offered moral support when I needed it! She also has excellent contacts when it comes to making repairs and was willing to oversee those repairs after I moved away and could no longer be on-site. Kelly had an offer on the house within one day; a second offer within one week. We closed within 31 days of the house going on the market and we sold for the full appraisal value. I can't think of a way that things could have gone any better. I would definitely hire Kelly again and recommend her to family and friends who are serious about selling their homes.

Buyer reviewKelly treats her clients like VIPS. I must have texted her a couple hundred times throughout the process 7 days a week and she always got back to me. This was our first home so we had so many questions. She answered them all. She also made buying a house simple! Helped to ease the pressure off us and allow us to focus more on other things. Kelly fights for her clients to get the best deal. I trust her 100% and will use her the next time we buy. Kelly rocks!
