As a first time home buyer I was worried about the process involved in buying a house but kelly took the time to explain everything to me and help me understand exactly what was going on and how things were likely to proceed she took a lot of worry off my mind and made the total experience very enjoyable. When my son and I decided to buy our houses we chose to use Kelly because she was very easy to work with and very knowledgable I had no problems with Kelly at all. She is very easy to work with and goes out of her way to getting her clients what they are looking for. Kelly knew the information when we had questions and if she didn't know the answer right then she found out for us within a couple of days. I would recommend Kelly Davenport to anyone who asks or if I hear of anyone looking to buy a home. She is very good at what she does.

We also felt like her top clients as she got back to us promptly and always with answers. Not that we plan to buy again anytime soon but would surely recommend Kelly Davenport to all of our friends and family. We just felt very lucky to have had her with us in the long process in buying our home.
