We have used Kelly several times in the past and will continue to use her in the future. This particular sale was one of the most challenging and frustrating my husband and I had been through in regards, to negotiation, buyer inspectors, etc. Kelly shared all of our frustrations with us which gave us reassurance she was on our side and thinking like we were. She helped us get through each hurdle and in the end we still came out on top. This sale required more of her time and more weekend work for us than usual. She gladly worked long hours and on weekends to make this deal happen. We could not be happier with Kelly as our agent, and more importantly as our trusted friend.

I have known Kelly for a long time. This is why I chose her to be my listing agent. She was open, honest with communication regarding the evaluation of the condition and amenities of my house. Kelly provided me with numerous CMAs in my neighborhood, and we concluded on an asking price that I was very pleased with. Kelly then provided me with a list of paperwork that I would need to provide to her. This was for her to provide to the title company to insure a smooth quick close. Kelly was very quick to respond to any of my questions via phone call, texts or emails. Once the offer came in, Kelly was extremely quick and thorough with sending all paperwork between buyers agent and myself, communicating with me what was happening and what to expect next. I was never "in the dark" thanks to Kelly's professionalism.
