I am a Real Estate Broker with Century 21 Prestige Realty and have been licensed since 1999. Real Estate has been a perfect career for me. I am married to an active duty service member with 28 years of service and felt that our many moving experiences across the country and world would allow me to make moving a seamless transaction for others looking to buy or sell a home. I have served on the Board of Director's for Joint Community Real Estate Council and will continue to serve on the North Pulaski Board of Realtors in 2017 and 2018. I have been recognized for my sales achievements through North Pulaski Board of Realtors and Century 21. I strive to earn my client's trust and future referrals. My husband and I reside in Jacksonville, AR. We have 2 sons, a daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren who reside in Central Arkansas. We are members of McArthur Church and our hobbies include cooking and traveling.

Kelly was persistent in following up with agents that showed the home and providing feedback to me. When I got an offer on the home, Kelly conducted expert negotiations and helped me through the closing process.

Seller reviewI was considering selling my property in 2011. I suspected my original agent was not being honest with me on the sale of my property. A friend recommended Kelly, and she gave me an honest assessment of my property. She agreed that if I sold it, I would not net any profits. I thanked her, and promised her that when I chose to sell my house later on, I would definitely come back to her. When I finally had to sell my property in 2016, I was out of the country. Kelly went above and beyond what you can expect from a normal Real Estate Agent to help me sell my property. She had to do a lot of leg work to get the property presentable since it had been rented for 5 years. Kelly is straight-forward, honest, and an extremely hard worker. All traits that are highly desired, yet difficult to find, in a Real Estate Agent. I would absolutely recommend her to future home buyers and sellers.
