Kelly is very knowledgeable of the area and kept us up to date on new listings in the Ludington area. He was very honest and got back to us to answer our questions timely. We were out of town buyers and Kelly was willing to meet with us when ever we had time to look at new listings. Most of all, he kept us informed on the property we were very interested in and notified us immediately when the previous offer fell through, which gave us the opertunity to purchase our new home. We have dealt with many realtors over the years, buying and selling 4 previous properties and Kelly is in the top three of the realtors we have had the opportunity to work with.
