Kelsey Sparks Eaton was an incredible resource when I was going through the process of buying my home. From the moment we stepped into the house, we both knew this was the one. She was so excited for me and made sure I had all the info I needed to make an informed offer. She even scheduled a second showing that same day so that my parents could come see the house too! She stayed up with me until the wee hours when we were putting in my offer. Her knowledge was invaluable, she even encourage me to write a letter to the sellers which ended up convincing them to accept my offer. Kelsey walked me through every point in the offer, making sure I knew what ever word and line meant. She came to every inspection, she asked questions that I hadn't even thought to ask, and she was prompt with every response. I can't imagine having a more nurturing and insightful agent. Her instructions and answers were always clear and concise and she always encouraged me to call her if I had any questions or if I needed her to walk me through forms.
