Ken Hefflefinger was amazing! My sister knew Ken and told us he was so kind and would be great as our realtor. He let her know he would take care of us; and, he certainly has. We are more than pleased with Ken. He has kept in constant communication. He is knowledgeable, competent, super accommodating, responsive, honest and realistic, but not pushy. He kept our needs at the forefront and we pretty much just felt pampered by the way he handled everything for us. For example, Ken took us all over Lake County looking at properties. He always put our schedule first and frequently worked on his days off without saying a word! He kept us informed by text, email and phone of the slightest changes to our escrow. He helped us negotiate multiple counter offers and still stay in the game. He set up inspections and appointments for us since we were busy with kids and work. And, he stayed with us during inspections to be an extra set of ears and eyes and help look out for us. We never once felt pressured about the property we chose. And even after a long and unusual VA escrow, he helped us feel like we should make whatever choice was best for us- even up until closing! And, he was conscientious about handling the earnest money deposit so we wouldn't be out thousands of dollars if we needed to make a change. We were so blessed to have Ken! Such a great realtor. And, we've already been recommending him to everyone we know. Again, the constant communication was so valuable to us. So caring and kind also. He's not just our realtor, he's become a great friend!
