Ken Knieling's dedication to helping people, problem solving and negotiating stem from spending 40 years in the water industry. For 20 years he enjoyed his position as the water superintendent for the City of Frankenmuth, which then led to a 20-year career in sales for the Municipal Water Industry in Michigan. Little did he know that both paths would be instrumental in grooming him for this newfound career in real estate. Ken's knowledge gained from his past in the water industry includes understanding the operations and infrastructure of municipalities. His daily interactions with many different people have spurred his passion for helping people, which is real estate ?in a nutshell.? Being born and raised in Frankenmuth, Ken has come to understand the market there but continues to learn more each day! He lives in Frankenmuth with his wife Heidi. Ken and his wife are parents of five grown sons, five grandchildren and two more on the way this year! Real Estate sales and particularly the decision to join Century 21 Signature has been the perfect position for this stage of life for Ken.

Buyer reviewI already knew Ken's name when I heard that he was the realtor for the seller and my own parents spoke very highly of him, so for convenience and because of familiarity choosing to work with Ken was an easy choice. Ken was not only effective and efficient in helping move through this process of buying my first home, but he was also very personable and made me feel like he was treating me as he would treat his own family. Once Ken became involved it took a lot of the pressure of buying a home off of my plate. He was on top of everything that needed to be done, told me when I needed to complete something, and was very clear about timelines in instances where we were waiting on other parties to do something outside of our control. I would recommend Ken as a realtor to friends and family regardless of which company he is affiliated with. I had 0 issues with Century 21, but for me it was the person, Ken, that went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to buy the home that I wanted.
