Ken Riley did a great job from the fist day we called him to discuss selling our lake house. He was honest with us about prepping the house for showing. Ken enlisted a professional photographer to take inside and outside pictures of the property. He notified us of all showings by other agents. Ken advised us on all the offers we received. Ken is a veritable gem of a person. He had our interest at heart during the entire selling process. We would definitely use Ken again for real estate buying or selling. And we would recommend Ken for any real estate needs.

Ken was amazing throughout our entire home buying process. He took the time to communicate during the entire process and since we lived out of state, he was very accommodating with our schedule and getting the many houses we wanted to look at lined up during our short time frames. Ken was always polite and knowledgeable about the process and the area we were looking to buy in. He made house looking and buying a lot of fun. Overall, we had a great time with Ken and sincerely appreciated his professionalism and knowledge regarding the buying process as well as the local knowledge. We would recommend him to anyone looking at houses in the Eureka Springs area.

Ken was attentive, friendly and was easy to reach. I did this purchase from out of state and Ken and I did most of the transactions via email, text and phone calls. He was available and set a total day aside for me when I was in Eureka Springs for a long weekend.
