Seller reviewI was good working with Ken in the sale of my rental and being out of the area. Ken was very trustworthy realtor who was prepared and experienced to handle a difficult tenant that didn't want to move. We were able to land a investor so the tenant can remain and Ken helped through the entire process. He was Always prepared, referred me to his lawyer and always available. He knew exactly where to price the property and knew exactly how to advertise it thru his network. There were offers on the property within days and closed promptly without any further delays. I recommend Ken as he knows his area very well and has the experience and contacts to get it done.

Buyer reviewWe've been working with Ken for 15 years. He helped us acquire our first rental property and we have used him each time we needed to find a new tenant. He's always been able to fill vacancies within a few weeks. For this latest purchase, we had a very specific requirement in mind, so I went to Ken, who found the right property. In this case the property wasn't actually on the market, but he knew the parties involved and was able to negotiate the sale. There were several challenges in dealing with the seller and mortgager on this deal that Ken and his team were able to navigate around. His knowledge of the area and constant presence alerted us to a potential issue that we were able to turn to our advantage. No doubt we'll be working with Ken both for securing future tenants and when it comes time to trade up to a new property...in fact, I'm certain he's already keeping an eye out on our behalf and will reach out if the right situation arises.
