Extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Kendall provides a stellar experience. We were moving from Phoenix to Fort Wayne and didn't even know where to start. With our price range and needs in mind, Kendall helped us narrow our search with her knowledge of the communities and local schools. She also invested the time with us that was necessary to find a home on short notice as we were only in town for one day. Kendall caught all the details during house hunting and negotiating and helped explain everything. Highly recommend!

Buyer reviewWhere do I begin? Kendall helped us in more ways than her job requires. She stuck with us through the thick of things and in the end, my husband and I purchased the home of our dreams. We started back in May with the hopes of moving no later than September/October. We started out searching for an existing hoouse and eventually shifted to the idea of building a new house. Well, let's just say that did not work out in our favor. So, we started house hunting. We looked at a few houses and couldn't seem to find one that met our needs. On top of that, we were met with all kinds of random hurdles. Then Kendall, the house selling superwoman, shows us a house that far exceeds what we could have imagined for ourselves and BOOM! Four months later, we meet the goal for our moving date and now we are celebrating the purchase of our first home! Words can not express how grateful we are for Kendall Overmyer! Without her, we probably would have given up long ago! She is a true pleasure to be around and we certainly would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a new home.
