Seller reviewKen is an excellent agent. He is well versed on area happenings and has a lot of insight into the local market. Ken is very professional and kept us grounded in the realities of the process. Our listing went smoothly, we got an excellent offer immediately, and Ken was there at all times to make it happen. This sale was difficult for us as it meant giving up the family property we have known since 1950 but Ken made the process as stress-free as possible. Keeping us up to date was crucial for our well-being and Ken surpassed all expectations in doing so. Ken knew exactly how to market the house. His virtual tour was wonderful and generated interest immediately. He conveyed enthusiasm and a positive attitude throughout the entire process.

Buyer reviewI doubt there are many realtors that have a stronger knowledge of the neighborhoods and people in Geneva than Ken. He was not pushy, I thought he really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a great spot for us. He was not pushy with us but also helped us negotiate to our benefit. He was truly kind and I enjoyed working with him. So much so that I referred him to my mother to help her find a house in the area too. I would absolutely recommend him and work with him again.

This home was built by my father 70 years ago and our entire family grew up in this there. My father was lucky to live there until his passing in January 2022 at the age of 93. Ken understood the sentimental emotional valve that my sisters and I had to this property. Ken listened to our stories and didn't rush us through the process. When we were ready to list the process was seamless. Our family appreciated all of Ken's hard work.
