He was always very responsive and answered our questions promptly and fully, and was always very patient in showing us a very wide range of houses. The thing we're probably most thankful to Ken for is that the house we ended up buying was initially not even a house my wife and I were considering. He called us up and suggested we take a look at it, he thought it would be a good fit for us, and thought we out of at least take a look. It was in a great location, hit almost all of the items on our wish list, and was actually much less expensive than some of the houses we'd been looking at. We ended up loving the place and eventually buying it. Thanks for everything, Ken!

Seller reviewMy house, albeit a wonderful house with many great attributes, had some issues which could have made a sale challenging. Ken handled the challenges and made what for me was a stressful situation into a much more pleasant process. At one point it appeared that the sale might fall through. Ken was on top of the issue and quickly negotiated the situation to salvage it. I was very relieved to have the sale move forward efficiently. I absolutely feel that if I had had a different realtor, the sale might have not have happened, or might have become very difficult. I was very grateful Ken handled it so well. I felt Ken was very professional and was very pleased with his services. I would definitely recommend him to others.
