Buyer reviewKen was very helpful throughout the entire process. He responded always within seconds and made sure all parties are taken care of. Ken is also very honest and knowledgeable. Ken has a great network and has been working with others in the industry including insurance and mortgage brokers as well as inspectors and attorneys so the closing/purchasing process was relatively smooth and fast. First time home buyers need a little more explanation of some things sometimes and with that maybe a bit more time to think things through. However, Ken has taken the time to explain most things in detail and in plain English at the right time. I certainly feel he went above and beyond many times during the buying and closing process.
