So I needed a good recommendation of someone who knew the area well and had good connections in the community. Ken was very patient and understanding in the process. Especially when I found the inspection of the 1st property unexceptionable. I had to quickly shift gears to a new construction to meet a workable closing date. Ken quickly stepped up and was ready to power-shop since I was flying in for such a short window of time for the search. The last one on that 1st day (and there were many) was it. I was pleased how the closing went with Ken following up on items as they came up. I needed a smooth no surprises closing. Ken had put things in a good position with various items. The use of Mortgage Options was a good one. Mario's team helped stay on top of things to make sure I closed on time. I had sold my house in Baltimore and need the timing to come together. Ken was also very through in reviewing the documents along the way. I really hate that part of the process. I really depended on him to watch out for me. Ken was supportive in all aspects of the search and closing of the property. He always exhibited patience, knowledge and a sense of humor when things were frustrating.I highly recommend him to others. And would use again.
