I apppreciated Kent's honesty with the value and condition of the house, and what the critical comments were that people had to say about it while another realtor had it. I very much appreciated the agent that Kent had covering for him when he had to be absent. I felt we were well represented and they understood my needs and concerns. I was impressed with how quickly Kent and Joyce responded to emails and text messages. They were very considerate, helpful and considerate with my questions and decisions. I had such a great experience with Kent when I had to short sale my other house a few years ago, I couldn't imaging going with anyone else. He is a very thoughtful, genuine person who I believe sincerely cares about his clients. He doesn't seem to be the kind of person who would waste your time with just any home. He gets to know you and understand what you are looking for. There was no wasted time.

While we built a new home we had waited to put our existing home on the market. Kent Miller sold our property quickly, made sure there was an agreement in place so we would not have to move out until we were ready to, and assisted in the closing. His photography and online marketing of our home was superb. We have already recommended him to a relative who is also selling a home in our area.

Our selection was easy. We were familiar with the area and were friends of Kent Miller. We are very difficult buyers and made short time (coming in from Chicago) demands on Kent's time. He always accommodated us and it is very much appreciated. When Kent was not available, (out of town) he always assigned us someone who was very knowledgeable and it was obvious that Kent had filled the person in on all the details of our search.
