I have been in the people business of assisting buyers and sellers in making decisions since 1972. My real estate background includes managing two real estate companies and owning & operating my own company for 17 years.

During house-hunting he points out both the strengths and the hidden flaws in a house. He is also creative and resourceful in finding any information that could be useful to buyer or seller-- easily going to talk to neighbors to learn more. Buyer reviewWe have been looking in the Norfork/Mountain Home area for about 3 years. Finding the right property took us some time. Kent sent us updates very often of new properties, old properties with changes, and properties that MIGHT work. His consistency was superb. He answered every question we had, big or little, dumb or not. His professionalism during this whole long process was great. The seller of this home decided on Black Friday that he would take our offer. (He had refused multiple offers, and I mean multiple.) Kent called me on Thanksgiving morning with the news, he said Happy Thanksgiving, you are a home owner, I could not wait to call you the next day. That made my day, yes it was Thanksgiving, but his news was Grand and he made our day even better. The End! Thank You! Very down to earth and welcoming.
