Buyer reviewKim actually was not my agent when I met her. I already had an agent whose main focus was not my needs. When I met Kim at one of her open houses she really impressed me even though her home she was selling was not for me. After our conversation I quickly got in touch with Kim and she started working for me. Kim made this 9 month transition very easy. She walked me through every part of the process. She knew exactly what I wanted and provided. Our relationship was so comfortable u would have thought she was my BFF. I'm not the easiest person to always work with and she stuck it through with me. I am officially a home owner and the gratitude I have for Kim as well as crown homes just can not be expressed through words. Crown Homes Kim ROCKS!!!!

Seller reviewKim lives in the neighborhood and approached my mom and told her she would get her house to sell. And she did! Kim took a lot of care making sure the house was properly priced for a pretty quick sale and made sure the property was presentable. Her family helped out my mom (a senior citizen living alone at the time) prep the house and it sold fairly quickly, given the glut of homes for sale in the neighborhood. She had good contacts with other contractors and we were able to make quick repairs to the house before sale. We're very happy with Irene and Kim at C21 and would recommend this team to anyone! Professional and on top of their work. Highly competent.
