I began my career in the Real Estate field as a secretary for CENTURY 21 Liggio Realty in 1981. I worked there for 7 years before deciding to stay home with my 2 sons. I then returned to work in the Real Estate market as an assistant for 2 Top Producers in 1988. I became a licensed realtor in 2004 & currently I am a full time agent. I am a multi-million dollar producer & have also obtained the Pinnacle Quality Service Award. This award is the result of satisfied customers. Buyer reviewVeterans United had connected me with Kim Grainger. I had got on Zillow and was connected with another agent at first, who was real bubbly and used smiley faces. First time I spoke with Kim Grainger she was straight forward and didn't sugarcoat anything. The fact that she was realistic and down to earth was the reason that my wife and I chose to go with her. The mortgage company we had chosen, at the end, became very difficult to communicate with. Thankfully Kim Grainger was able to bridge the gap and allow the ball to continue to roll. Anytime I called her with an issue, it was resolved almost immediately. She was on her game 100% of the time. I've kind of spoke about her performance in the comments before. Polite, reliable, effective, timely, and very approachable are ones that exceeded our expectations. As a first time home buyer with very little knowledge going in, Kim Grainger was able to walk my wife and I through every step of the process. She knew exactly what we were looking for and the price range we could afford. From showings to close in less than two months. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

When we finally decided on a house, it was a short sale and there were so many unknowns, but she was patient and persistent in getting all of our questions answered in a timely manner in order to close the deal for us. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone who is looking for a home. Her experience and pleasant demeanor made buying a home as easy as possible.

I loved how she helped with the loan side of the deal as well.
