Kim was a Godsend. She met me immediately after I contacted her, worked around her schedule and a pre-planned vacation she had to make sure I got to see the most amount of houses possible. Was brutally honest about home construction, neighborhoods, CDD fees, planned development and issues with agencies. She was incredibly aggressive with negotiations with the Seller's agency and got me to a settlement price I never would have guessed. She also fought to get every benefit I could, actively engaged on mortgage rates, utilities, and insurance to make sure I was getting the top dollar deal. She went FAR beyond what any expectation I had for an Agent was. I would use here again any day and refer her to anyone!

I met Kim and she impressed me with her knowledge of the area. Kim really stood her ground to make sure builder followed through on presale promises. She was with me on walk throughs etc. Kim was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of Fl. real estate and I was nervous about the wiring of funds and she walked me through the process. She was at closing for me also.
