She is very knowledgeable about our investment goals and found great listings for us. We lost out on another property a few months back and lost out on this one initially, before the winner pulled out and then we finally won. From then, we had everything ready to go and it was a smooth process with Kim's stewardship. She was very good in guiding us on the bid process and reviewing comps, in addition to giving us estimates on what it would take to repair and rent the place out. She is an excellent agent. Always responded to email quickly and text messages as well. Put in the effort to record videos of the homes for us when we could not visit ourselves. Went above and beyond the call of duty.
