Hello, I'm Kim McCoy! I am a North Dakota Native who was born and raised in Hazen, ND. Since then I've lived all over this great area: Lincoln, Mandan, and currently enjoy my morning coffee in the great city of Bismarck. I truly believe that this community is a fantastic place to live. We have a great economy, friendly citizens, and a fantastic real estate market. Being a Realtor is not just a job to me, it's my passion and I look forward to helping you with all your real estate needs! I always place an emphasis on service, honesty, loyalty and knowledge. I understand that buying, selling, or building a home is one of the biggest decisions and financial commitments a family/individual will make and cannot wait to be the one to assist you on your journey. Most of my days are spent working with delightful clients, reading over home inspection reports, making virtual tours, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. I finish my day by coming home to my 4 kiddos and dog. In my free time I enjoy going to my kids events/games, taking my dog for walks, camping, hiking, canoeing, traveling, and interior design. She quickly set up an appointment on a home for that afternoon, and navigated the negotiations very well the next day. We felt very comfortable asking Kim for advice through the process because of her friendly personality, knowledgeable responses, and quick replies. We highly recommend Kim, especially for buyers or sellers who may be new to the process and need a patient realator who's advice they can trust!

Buyer reviewWe were really happy with Kim. She communicated to us through various ways of communication based on our need (call/text/e-mail) She responded very quickly and was always friendly. The One point that makes Kim so unique is that she ACTUALLY cared about us and our needs. That was quickly evident and why we were so satisfied with the services she provided us. If she is still here in 5 years when we may look at another house or if a friend needs an agent, we would personally use Kim again and recommend her.
