Kim McPherson is very positive and extremely motivated. When she asked about our timeline we told her "as soon as possible". Within 24 hours she called to make an appointment with us to take pictures of the property! Kim was diligent about taking pictures of the property (cottage, yard, dock, and adjacent right of way). She was intuitive about staging and concerned that every photo best represent each unique part of the property. Kim put signs up the day she took pictures and left us a sign to attach to our dock as well. The video Kim put together and posted on the website was fabulous! The pictures were excellent and her written description was positive and engaging. Kim was conscientious about checking with us to be sure appointments were convenient (since we were living there at the time). She communicated well with other realtors, and lawyers for both parties. Kim McPherson made sure all highest and best offers were submitted by the deadline established and met with us the same day with paperwork for 6-8 offers above the asking price! She took the time to call to ask clarifying questions for us regarding a few of the offers. We knew there would be interest in the property, but are convinced that there would not have been as much interest without the adept assistance that Kim provided. Kim gladly communicated with the buyers on our behalf and kept us "in the loop" with updated information on the progress of the sale. Working with Kim was an extremely satisfying experience!
