Buyer reviewThere was a house on the market that Kim Potter showed us. The owner did not want to take a contingency, but was "waiting" for us to sell our house. Kim's patience and the time she invested to help this deal go through was incredible. But--the deal did not go through. Kim had such empathy for us, she was determined to find us a house! And she did! The house we purchased was the exact opposite in experience than the first house. Kim was truly happy for us. But we were pretty happy for Kim--after all that work, we learned to really appreciate real estate agents and the commission they earn. If you are in the market, ask for Kim Potter, you will not be disappointed!

Buyer reviewMy husband and I have always dealt with Century 21 brokers in our past sales and purchases. They are highly regarded by the two of us as the best and continue to use them. In fact a friend of ours asked about our realtor in Crossville and should be contacting her to check in that area because we were so satisfied. Kim Potter was excellent. We live in Wisconsin, so Kim did most of the inspection and any paperwork that was needed to complete the purchase. The referral of Highland Federal was also a great experience for our mortgage. Kim was always accessible via her cell phone and went beyond and above what was necessary even after the sale. Since we were not there for the closing, she collected the keys, did the walk through inspection to make sure everything was in order. After the sale, we had a problem with a kitchen ceiling fixture letting go from the ceiling and she even got a contractor to come after hours to secure the fixture again to the high ceiling. Now that is great service.
