Since 2003, I have had the pleasure to serve as a real estate agent, listing and selling real estate throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. At the start of my career, I was so eager to get my license, that as soon as I passed my test, I drove straight to the nearest real estate office, a Century 21 office, to inquire about how I could begin serving potential clients. Within weeks, I joined that very office and I have been with them ever since.
As a native resident of Washington, DC, also a previous resident of Northern Virginia and Prince George's County Maryland, I have a distinct understanding of the area's real estate market. My unique area perspective has proven to be an advantage in my career. Also, I pride myself on education and being resourceful. This is why I took advantage of as many real estate continuing education opportunities as possible starting very early on in my real estate career. I have attended countless seminars, conferences and webinars to hone my craft. I attained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designations to separate myself from other agents. Prior to joining the real estate world, I was an accountant. As a person that is naturally gifted to understand numbers, I have a special ability to understand the various finance aspects of real estate to better position my clients for success when using a loan to purchase a home.
I am a full-service agent, licensed in DC, MD and VA, with a proven track record. I enjoy serving clients, sharing my expertise and providing my clients with the best representation during one of life's most important events. I specialize in meeting the needs of our service people in the military, first-time home buyers, those that are relocating and many more. I also have experience with short sales, estate sales and transactions that require coinciding settlements. I truly love what I do!

Buyer reviewKim was absolutely the best agent we could have had. My credit score needed a little work before we could qualify for the loan and my husband's credit union wouldn't approve us. Kim put us in touch with Quicken Loans who helped me get my credit score increased by running scenarios and telling me exactly what I needed to pay to increase the score. As soon as my score was high enough (this only took about a month), Quicken passed us on to the lender and got things moving. So Kim's referral to Quicken was the first treat thing he did. We went to showings a day or two after we had our preapproval letter and found the perfect home that same day. Thanks to Kim we had a contract on the property the very next day. He educated us on all of the next steps in the process from the inspection to the appraisal to closing day. He even gave us a referral for the inspection company - which was incredibly thorough and reasonably priced. Kim had to chase down the listing agent on several occasions and even helped keep us informed on everything even when the lender didn't have an update. He is incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of the home-buying process, he is responsive, professional, and proactive. It was only because of him that we went from having a credit score that was too low to be approved for a loan to closing on our dream after securing a 30YR fixed FHA loan within a couple of months of starting the process. We were cleared to close on the home in less than 30 days after putting the contract on it. That speaks volumes to the amount of work Kim dedicated to making our goal of owning a home come to fruition. We are referring all of our friends and family who are looking to buy or sell a home.
