We have used Kim in a previous buy and have also referred her to many of our friends. She has always been helpful and proactive with anything we ask. Also she is great with listening to our suggestions and then guiding us into what is best. She is the best in the area Although the market was quick to react Kim was a huge help with explaining each offer to us since we are first time sellers. She also was great with making sure we understood the steps and working with my odd work hours. We recommend her regularly to our friends and family. Overall we were very happy They were accommodating and helpful
