Buyer reviewIt was almost sad to close for my house. Getting everything a person could ask for, creek, fireplace, grandkid zone, and so on, still I hesitated. I will miss spending a few grand hours with Kimberly every week or so. Charming, knowledgable, patient, and persistant, she found me a great place, so well suited to make a home. I can't thank her enough for making it an enjoyable experience. But I will miss her.

Buyer reviewBeing first time home buyers, it's a little intimidating when you hear the negative things about home buying. I have to say my fears were false, and that Kim Cain is the fairy god mother of our experience. USDA/FHA loans can make the process even more scary, but Kim wasn't worried about the process due to her experience specifically with FHA. It all seemed seamless. We couldn't be happier to have chosen Kim as our realtor, and we now have our charming home to bring our baby girl into this world this fall. Thank you, Kim.
