We had to purchase and move into a house sight unseen. Kimberly helped find a safe neighborhood in a good area, understanding our desires in our first home. We are very pleased with the outcome and are making this house our first family home.

I selected Kimberly Clark because whenI request information on a home from Realtor.com, her style fit best with mine. I liked her approach. She was not overbearing with tons of calls, texts, etc. She simply left a very professional message on my vm and then followed u with a text a day or two later to let me know she was available to help should I need her. When I texted her that I was not quite ready she simply said to let her know when I am. I didn't feel pressured , especially given such a big decision to make. She made me feel comfortable. She's truly awesome at what she does!!! I would work with her again in the future, without hesitation. And, I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is so honest and professional and really works to put her client first. I was not in town to see the house. She scheduled a virtual tour for me ASAP and didnt miss an inch of the house. She attended inspections and called me as it was taking place to discuss some things. She was my eyes and ears. Simply the best I've ever worked with....

Kimberly contacted me first when I inquired about this house, so I decided to go with her. But when I met Kimberly in person for the first time, I just fell in love with her personality and professionalism. Then, I was just glad that I went with her! Kimberly helped me with EVERYTHING as she told me. I was very nervous and scared to go through all the process as a first-time home buyer, but she made me feel comfortable and confident as she was there for me every step of this process. She would explain whole process in a way I understand even before purchasing a house. Whenever I have questions, she would respond promptly via text, email, or phone. She is an amazing communicator. She was there for me whenever I needed until the day the house closed! Kimberly is also a great negotiator too. I think I got good deals/conditions with my home purchase! I am very happy with my new home and could not get it without her help!

Working with Kimberly was a real pleasure! She carefully listened to what we were looking for and showed us a number of properties that fit our criteria. She was always prompt, courteous, engaging, and funny....just all-around great to work with. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. We actually won our house against another buyer who had a bit of a stronger off because she submitted our paperwork accurately and completely, while the other agent hardly filled out the paperwork. She's amazing!

Always very professional and knows the area. She was able to cater to our likes quite quickly. She repsonds promptly to all our questions. Loved working with her.
