Kim is incredibly professional. She often served as a mediator, a therapist and an agent all at the same time. Her attention to detail in what I wanted in a home was impeccable. She did not needlessly show me every home in my range, only the ones that she knew I would love. When we first started she would show me multiple homes online, ask questions, and get an understanding of exactly what I was looking for. She once said that I would have to have a list of non-negotiables because I would not be able to find everything on my list. Amazingly, she found everything on my list. Right down to the red door. I would not buy or sell a house without Kim.
