Seller reviewKimberly Kampmann contacted me by personalized card in mail. I live in California and had the property in Cape Coral. I was not being treated fairly by an agent that had managed the property very well for 11 years. When I decided to sell the property everything changed with the agent. After three months I turned the property over to Kimberly and from that point things moved very quickly. I can't say enough good things about her and her dedication to getting my property ready to sell and it was priced right and sold in a timely manner. Extremely Satisfied Customer. I spoke to Mr Kampmann who recommended the sale price of the house. I thought he was right on so I went with his suggestion. I experience was the best. It could not have been better in anyway. I am in California and the house is in Cape Coral, Fl. That is a problem but with Kimberly it was not. Me being in California I always had communications with Kimberly. I never called her phone that she didn't pick up the call. She keep me informed of every aspect of the repairs to home getting it ready to sell and the open houses. I was never uninformed.
