After several years of looking and visiting NC, in October 1st, 2019 we closed on a property with a log cabin that was our retirement dream. I did not succeed my long quest with other realtors, but after driving from out-of-state for over 12 hours and meeting Kim at the property, we closed the contract the same day. And her responsiveness did not stop with us; she was swapping emails with us even after the closing. From beginning to end, Kim was professional, pleasant, reliable, and responsive. Working with her and her office team were comfortable and effective. At all times we felt like we were her only, and most important client. She is a top notch, one of those rare genuine kind people.
