Kim and Kathleen were the only realtors that brought an action plan to my husband and I on how and when they would sell our home. We had a lot of moving pieces - we were waiting on a new septic install, and if possible wanted a rent back as we are relocating to another state. Both of them were confident and clear in their guidance that now was the time to list and they would get it done and they did! We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Kathleen was present for all open houses and private showings- that was very important to us - 4 months earlier we had listed our home with a different realtor and they were not there to make the connections with buyers which was disappointing to say the least.
