Seller reviewKimberly was incredibly available, patient and calm with us as new sellers. i appreciated her attention to my concerns around the cat and tours/ any visits to the condo. as a fellow animal lover, she understood and paid special attention to this concern. she broke down all the legalese, and i really enjoyed that she could be professional and completely on her game without being excessively corporate. we spoke like actual people and not like "business associates". because my husband and i had limited availability due to work schedules, she was on hand to help with a lot of the service calls and extra items that came up during the sale (lots of rescheduling by the buyers) without fail or complaint. she always followed up in a timely manner and offered as much or as little feedback as needed, within legal guidelines. she's a great communicator, which is key, because clarity is crucial in this process. i don't believe i will use anyone else for my real estate needs, i was so happy and impressed. did i mention she hit the appraisal value exactly?

Seller reviewKim Orr is a real estate life saver. She handled all the details of the sale smoothly and kept us in the loop the entire way. Most importantly, she was kind and patient with my elderly mother, making her comfortable with all aspects of the transaction. Not an easy task! Her knowledge and professionalism is only second to her courteous and and upbeat attitude. She really seems to enjoy what she does and that make the whole process less scary for everyone! Seller reviewIt is with pleasure and gratitude that I am sharing comments on my experience with Kimberly Orr in the listing and sale of my condo. While I have bought and sold a number of houses and condos, I have never before encountered such a level of excellence. Kimberly's experience at each phase of the sales effort was superior, such as her innovative efforts in developing prospects, useful insights on pre-listing renovations/staging, effective showings and proactive facilitation during the sale negotiations/due diligence. All of these tasks, whether business-related or interpersonal, were accomplished with a noticeable degree of competence, humility, integrity and grace. Thus, I highly recommend Kimberly Orr for residential real estate needs. Kimberly was my neighbor and is highly knowledgeable of my neighborhood and of our HOA. Century 21 is well known and I knew they would not bew a bad choice to deal with. Win - win situation for me. Highly impressed with all! I have been involved with many real estate transactions in the past. I have never worked with a realtor that worked so darn hard for me which really "blew me away". Easiest and friendliest ever! Amazing!
