I'm Kimberly Slucher, where my profession as a realtor is just the beginning of the story. In my world, every client is a potential friend, and every house a chapter in someone's life story waiting to be written. My life is a vibrant journey shared with a beautiful family, including six children who have grown to make their own marks on the world, from college campuses to serving in the Army, ten grandchildren who fill our gatherings with laughter, and Ryder, my loyal black lab, who keeps me company on the quiet days.
Hailing from the picturesque town of Columbia City, Indiana my upbringing was steeped in the values of community and the simple, profound joy of helping neighbors. This Mayberry-esque foundation has deeply influenced my approach to real estate, where I see beyond the transactions to the human connections and dreams they represent.
My goal has never been about the volume of sales; rather, it's about the number of lives I can touch and assist through my work. Seller reviewKimberly was AWESOME to work with during the sell of my home and with the purchase of a new home. I admired Kimberly's patience and understanding of the needs of my family. She was willing to talk, answer questions or whatever during and after work hours.

Buyer reviewWe purchased a home in late April using Kimberly's services to sell our home and to buy another home, all within a 30-day period. I held off on submitting my review because I was curious how her sales support would be after the closing. I am happy to share that Kimberly really is an A+ realtor. From the beginning she listened to our needs and wants. She was patient when we looked at some homes more than twice. She was continuously available by phone and text. She met with us outside of normal working hours and on the weekends. After the closing, we had some follow-up work that was to be completed, per the terms of the inspection. She worked with the other agent and the contractors, confirmed with us that the days and times worked for our schedules and followed-up with us afterwards to confirm that the work was completed to our liking. For me, this is where the rubber meets the road. Anyone can potentially sell you a home and walk away with their commission. But are they there for you once the sale is complete? Kimberly is there for you once the sale is over. Even now, three months post sale, I know she is there to support us. We do not anticipate buying another home in the next ten years, but if our circumstances change, you can bet that we will work with Kimberly again.

Buyer reviewIf I could buy a house from Kimberly every year, I would. Luckily, we love the house she found us so, so much that we won't be buying another home for quite some time, but I truly can't wait to recommend her to all of my family and friends. For two completely clueless people whose financials and prospects weren't all that great to begin with, she treated my husband and I as if we were her only clients. I told her this after we closed and I'll say it again here: we just didn't deserve the wonderful service she provided. She was far too good for us first time home buyers, but she never, ever made us feel that way, and even chastised us for being insecure about asking questions. Her motto: "That's what I'm here for!" and it never failed to calm our nerves. She's the kind of realtor you would expect to work with when buying million dollar homes, and yet she prioritized us, talked to us, and educated us about the home buying process as if we were the highest tier clients. Not only is she BFFs with our three-year-old son (he doesn't warm up to strangers too quickly, but with Kimberly he absolutely did), but she is the only person I would ever consider working with going forward. There's a reason why her accolades include being one of the top realtors in Fort Wayne-- she is simply the best.

Buyer reviewKim was absolutely amazing! She listened to our needs and did everything to meet them. She was fantastic when it came to inspecting the houses when looking at them. Even climbing down into crawlspaces when necessary! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. From the very beginning Kim told us we could reach out to her any day or time with questions and concerns and she was always quick to respond!

Buyer reviewFrom the time I asked him to help me in searching and purchasing a home, she was very hard-working from the beginning. She never stopped and she never gave up wow the whole time she was looking out for me and my best interest! From the start it was always about me and my happiness rather than just a client and just a sale. Even when I got discouraged and thought about giving up she was there to encourage. She was always available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer any question no matter how big or how small and if a problem came up most times she had it resolved before I even knew about it. She was very diligent and knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick a great mortgage company a great home inspection team and was always there when I needed her or had questions. Even after the sale she still kept in contact making sure I was happy with my decision and making sure everything was right with my home. I know of no other person that I would rather have represent me in real estate matters. Her kindness her due diligence her community awareness her trustworthiness and her honesty we're all very important to me! She made my dream come true of becoming a homeowner. I am so thankful for it and so very proud of Kim slusher.
