Seller reviewKimberly Weaver is a 5 STAR Realtor in every aspect of her work. She would do anything and everything that I requested. She went above and beyond solving issues that I had no control over. She arranged for and removed a defective appliance in less than 24 hours, saving me a trip from Canada to Bradenton to resolve this issue. She supervised the servicing of my A/C system, so that the new Owners could take over the remaining 7 years for Manufacturers and local installers warranties. During my 7 month contract, Kim went out of her way to entertain prospective Buyers with home made cookies, flowers and music. Kim was always very positive and supportive in every issue and decision that I had to make. Today, 5 days after the CLOSING DATE Kim is still working on my behalf with the Property and Flood Insurance Companies. If I had any control over how she was paid, I would give her 85% of the Realtor's fees. It has been a true pleasure to work with this LADY and I will miss her dearly.
