Hello! I'm Kira Wheeler and I have been a proud resident of Bloomington, Indiana for 3 years. I say proud because I absolutely LOVE this town. This town is what ultimately led me to pursue my career in real estate. My purchase of several properties here in Bloomington (main residence and rentals) in the last few years is what has given me a strong foundation of the real estate market in our fun, family friendly, college town. I love the feeling of finding that special property that someone can call home or use as an investment property.I'm originally from San Diego, California, but made my way to the Midwest to attend college, graduating with my BA in Psychology and Spanish. I spent 11 years working at a software company which helped build my skills/experience in client relations and business transactions, both of which have helped me make a smooth transition into real estate. After living in California and Chicago with my husband, we decided to settle in Bloomington (my husbands hometown) to start our family. We currently have 2 young sons and are having a blast raising them to love and support all things IU!Bloomington's market really does have something special to offer everyone and I look forward to helping you find your dream home/investment!

Seller reviewKira is truly amazing to work with!! Our dream house went on the market and had multiple offers within the first 24 hours. Kira dropped what she was doing, met us at the house on a Thursday morning, and helped us place an offer by that afternoon! She helped us navigate backup offer situations and list our current home quickly. She set the price higher than we expected after her research of comparable homes in the area, and we were pleasantly shocked to see that she was right! We received an offer for almost full list price. Kira held an open house in the first week of our listing and we accepted an offer the next day! While there were hiccups outside of her control, she was fantastic at navigating those situations and keeping us calm and positive. I would highly recommend Kira as a knowledgable, hard-working, and kind agent!
